In this Entry Level Account Manager role, you will gain hands-on experience in brand development by engaging with customers, presenting products and services, gathering feedback, and managing your time effectively. The Entry Level Account Manager works closely with experienced professionals to improve your customer service skills, act as the primary point of contact for client relationships, and help manage ongoing campaigns. You will also assist the sales team by overseeing accounts and addressing client needs.
Under the guidance of Senior Account Managers, you will learn the essential skills required to manage accounts, oversee campaigns, and lead a team. The Entry Level Account Manager responsibilities will help ensure the success of client campaigns and customer satisfaction.
Entry Level Account Manager Responsibilities:
- Assess and determine customers' eligibility for client products and services
- Guide customers through the enrollment process, ensuring a seamless experience
- Attend daily meetings to stay informed on current offers and promotions
- Communicate with both small and large groups to present information effectively
- Complete necessary documentation for each new customer enrollment
- Accurately track and report enrollments to upper management
- Work closely with other Entry Level Account Managers to learn leadership and campaign management strategies
- Demonstrate leadership by working with a team to deliver new approaches and support sales goals
Entry Level Account Manager Qualifications:
- Bachelor's Degree in Business, Communications, or related field preferred but not required
- Strong communication skills to interact effectively with both clients and team members
- Solution-oriented with the ability to work both independently and under supervision
- Excellent organizational skills to manage multiple accounts and team responsibilities
