DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Communicate efficiently with customers via phone, email, and text.
- Create and maintain relationships with customers to better understand and achieve their needs.
- Provide knowledgeable answers to questions about our products, pricing, and availability.
- Data entry in various platforms.
- Review and process Certificates of Insurance (COIs) requests for policyholders.
- Assist in handling endorsements, policy renewals, and modifications related to certificates.
CUSTOMER SERVICE:
- Leverage verbal and electronic communication skills to collect new and existing client information.
- Develops and maintains positive working relationships with clients, employees, and team members to reach common goals.
- Resolve questions and requests regarding all things enrollment and data collection related.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- At least 1 - 3 years of relevant work experience.
- Must have expereince creating certificates.
- Articulate and well-accustomed to a client-facing role.
- Excellent phone etiquette and excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to multi-task, organize, and prioritize work.
- Proficient in technology systems.
- Bilingual (English and Spanish).
