Are you a skilled bookkeeper with strong administrative abilities looking for a dynamic remote role? We are a national accounting firm seeking a detail-oriented professional to provide both bookkeeping and administrative support to our team and clients.
Position: Full-Time Remote Bookkeeper & Administrative Specialist
Work Schedule: Monday through Friday, 8:30 AM to 5:30 PM EST
Location: Fully Remote
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform accurate and timely bookkeeping services, including account reconciliations and financial reporting
- Provide administrative support, such as scheduling, client communication, and maintaining organized records
- Assist in transitioning client accounts and ongoing project coordination
- Collaborate with the team to ensure smooth day-to-day operations
Ideal Candidate Must Have:
- Proven experience in bookkeeping (QuickBooks preferred)
- Strong administrative and organizational skills
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines efficiently
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Comfort working independently in a remote environment
