Job Summary
The Viewpoint Vista Software Consultant is responsible for leading software consulting engagements and ensuring successful implementation and support of the Viewpoint Vista platform for our clients. This includes onboarding new clients, configuring the system to meet their specific needs, and providing ongoing support for existing users. Acting as a key liaison between the company and its clients, this role ensures that project goals, timelines, and deliverables are consistently met. Knowledge of Viewpoint Vista is an absolute must but we will consider other ERP package experience if you have the rest of the skills we are looking for.

Education, Qualifications & Experience
· Bachelor’s degree required, Business Management or Accounting is preferred.
· Strong understanding of accounting principles and practices, including payroll, accounts payable/receivable, inventory, purchase orders, and general ledger.
· Familiarity with construction project management processes, such as project setup from estimates, project buyouts, document management, change orders, job costing, and billing
· 3–5 years of experience in software consulting, preferably within the construction or ERP space
· Hands-on experience with Viewpoint Vista is strongly required; experience with comparable ERP systems such as Sage or CMiC will be considered
· Proven experience in client relationship management and the ability to engage with stakeholders at all levels
· Proficiency with Microsoft Office tools (e.g., Excel, Word, Outlook)
· Experience collaborating with application developers and technical teams
· Willingness and ability to travel to client sites within the United States, as needed
