Responsibilities
- Process customer transactions accurately and efficiently
- Assist customers with account inquiries and issue resolution
- Handle cash management duties including operating a cash register
- Support loan processing and loan origination tasks
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers through effective communication
- Utilize upselling techniques to promote bank products and services
- Perform debits and credits transactions as needed
- Utilize customer relationship management tools to enhance customer experience
Requirements
- Proficiency in basic math skills
- Experience in cash management is a plus
- Familiarity with loan processing and loan origination procedures
- Ability to operate a cash register effectively
- Strong relationship management skills
- Knowledge of financial services industry practices
- Upselling skills to promote additional bank products and services
- Excellent understanding of debits and credits transactions
- Prior experience in customer relationship management is beneficial
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $25.00 - $27.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40 per week
