Must have skills : Project Management methodologies (Capable), Sales cloud, Salesforce Landscape

Good to have skills: Comms cloud and data clouds, Einstein Analytics

Job Description:

• Need a Technical PM for overseeing client’s projects (US) for onshore location.
• Experience Needed: 8 years in the field of Project Management for Technical Projects with baseline understanding of Salesforce, cloud, comms cloud, Einstein Analytics, Data Cloud etc. Project Scope: Omni Channel Personalized Interactions Project.
• Support customer outreach and enhance customer experience as features and hardware are retired in 2025.
• Main Tasks: Managing deliverables, cost & schedule of Project Skill Expectations
• Excellent organization skills; Relationship building; Financial management; Basic PM skill set along with following:
• Baseline understanding of Salesforce applications
• Understanding of the differences between sales cloud and comms cloud
• Knowledge of Einstein analytics and data cloud would be a plus
• Ability to work with business and technical stakeholders
• Worked in Agile
• Collaboration with cross functional teams
• Working knowledge of Telecommunication / Networking technologies (Desirable)
• Progress Tracking during SDLC
• Risk & Mitigations Plans, Resourcing, Presentations to Stakeholders
• Status Reporting

Working knowledge of Project management tools like JIRA, Confluence, MS Project etc

Job Type: Contract

Pay: $47.19 - $50.18 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week

Schedule:

• Monday to Friday
