Role overview :
This is a contract Case Manager RN role located in Boston, MA. The Case Manager RN will be responsible for discharge planning, utilization management, nursing, medicine, and overall case management duties on-site.
RN Case Manager – Float Pool
Location: Boston, MA
Facility: Hospital – Acute Care Setting
Schedule: Full-time | 4x10s | Variable start times | Every 6th weekend as needed
Pay: $60–$65 per hour ($2,400–$2,600 per week)
Job Description
Seeking an experienced RN Case Manager to join the Float Pool team in an acute care hospital setting. This role focuses on care coordination, utilization management, and discharge planning for 18–22 patients to ensure efficient, high-quality patient care.
Requirements
• Active RN License (MA)
• BSN required
• Minimum 3 years of acute inpatient experience (Med-Surg preferred)
• Experience with InterQual screening and utilization review
Preferred Qualifications
• EPIC EMR experience
• CCM certification
