Description:
PM - 8HR:
40 Hours, Night Shift - 4 ten hour shifts or 5 8 hr shifts with no more than one weekend per month in a 4 week block schedule. No weekends and No major holidays.
REQUIRED EXPERIENCE:
Bachelors degree, preferably with a Master’s degree and adult learning theory experience. Must have 3 years of recent experience as an Educator in Central Processing/Operating Room
CERTIFICATES, LICENSES, REGISTRATIONS REQUIRED:
Certification by Healthcare Sterile Processing Association (HSPA) , or as, Central Board of Sterile Processing Departments (CBSPD) or other related recognized certification such as an Operating Room Technician.
POSITION SUMMARY:
Reports to the Central Processing Department Director and is responsible for assessing, planning, coordinating, and evaluating orientation, continuing education, and in-service programs for staff that are competency-based.
Recommends improvements in the quality of services provided by the Central Processing Department. Serves as a resource to staff.

Pay: $1,800.00 - $2,000.00 per week
