Responsibilities
- Operate and monitor dialysis machines during the treatment process
- Prepare dialyzer and other necessary equipment
- Monitor patients undergoing dialysis treatment
- Document patient information and treatment plans accurately
- Assist in patient assessment before, during, and after dialysis
- Follow aseptic techniques to ensure a sterile environment
- Collaborate with the healthcare team to provide optimal patient care
Skills
- Proficiency in aseptic technique for infection control
- Knowledge of medical terminology related to dialysis procedures
- Understanding of anatomy and physiology to assess patient conditions
- Ability to operate and troubleshoot dialysis equipment effectively
- Strong communication skills and the ability to work well in a team environment
