Electronic Assembler

This is an exciting opportunity for candidates with strong attention to detail and an interest in electronics assembly and testing. The role offers hands-on experience with cutting-edge products and systems in a dynamic production environment.

Responsibilities will include:

• Assemble electronic components, sub-assemblies, and final products per work instructions and technical drawings
• Work with microscopes, measuring instruments, and electronic test equipment to meet quality standards
• Read and interpret detailed assembly processes and work documentation
• Handle components ranging from microscopic to large-scale, often using magnification tools
• Use a variety of hand and pneumatic tools including tweezers, rulers, torque drivers, and screwdrivers
• Maintain accurate data entry related to assembly and production tasks
• Collaborate with team members to drive throughput and continuous improvement initiatives

Required Skills:

• Interim Secret clearance required to start; supplier must begin interim clearance process upon offer
• Basic computer skills, including the ability to navigate digital systems for timekeeping and work instructions
• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow written and verbal instructions
• Experience or willingness to learn J-STD-001 and/or IPC-A-610 standards
• Familiarity with ESD procedures and use of electronic test equipment
• High school diploma or GED required
• Proven work ethic, punctuality, and reliability

Preferred Qualifications:

• Previous experience in electrical or microelectronics assembly
• Hands-on familiarity with microscopes and fine-pitch assembly
• Desire to grow and expand skills in a high-tech manufacturing environment

Job Types: Full-time, Contract

Pay: $20.00 - $24.00 per hour

Expected hours: No less than 40 per week
