Responsibilities
- Manage executives' calendars and set up meetings
- Coordinate travel arrangements and prepare itineraries
- Assist in preparing reports, presentations, and data analysis
- Handle incoming and outgoing correspondence
- Perform clerical tasks such as filing, data entry, and document organization
- Assist in office management duties to ensure smooth operations
- Support event planning and coordination
- Maintain confidentiality of sensitive information
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Google Suite for email, calendar management, and document creation
- Strong organizational skills with keen attention to detail
- Previous experience in office management or administrative support roles
- Ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently and prioritize workload effectively
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Computer literacy with proficiency in MS Office applications
- Experience in event planning is a plus

Pay: $23.53 - $42.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40 per week
