Overview

We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Executive Assistant to support our executive team. The ideal candidate will be proficient in various administrative tasks and possess excellent communication skills.

Responsibilities

  • Manage executives' calendars and set up meetings
  • Coordinate travel arrangements and prepare itineraries
  • Assist in preparing reports, presentations, and data analysis
  • Handle incoming and outgoing correspondence
  • Perform clerical tasks such as filing, data entry, and document organization
  • Assist in office management duties to ensure smooth operations
  • Support event planning and coordination
  • Maintain confidentiality of sensitive information

Qualifications

  • Proficiency in Google Suite for email, calendar management, and document creation
  • Strong organizational skills with keen attention to detail
  • Previous experience in office management or administrative support roles
  • Ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently and prioritize workload effectively
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Computer literacy with proficiency in MS Office applications
  • Experience in event planning is a plus

Job Types: Contract, Temporary

Pay: $23.53 - $42.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week

Schedule:

  • 8 hour shift
  • Day shift
  • Monday to Friday

Work Location: In person

Salary : $24 - $42
