Position Summary:
The Compensation Analyst is responsible for supporting the administration and planning of the employee compensation program to ensure the most competitive and strategic compensation practices. Maintains collaboration and effective partnerships by providing analysis support to various stakeholders.
Requirements:
**At least 1-2 year of experience in HR Comp Analyst role. Candidates should have prior experience working as a Compensation Analyst.
Analyst experience in industries such as human resources, finance, or other related specialties. Related internship experience considered (up to 6 months). Candidate should have experience conducting analyses with large data sets in excel. Compensation or financial analysis experience required.
Must have proficient excel experience analyzing data, data mapping, pivot tables, and exporting into excel from other internal programs.
Dept Overview of Role:
Role will support support an organization wide career architecture effort. This department works with different functional leaders/areas to review their current state and align to new structure (titling and leveling). This role will partner with a project lead and assist them with this org wide compensation restructure effort.
- Support job title and leveling meetings (combination of virtual and in person when needed)
- Strong excel and solid compensation background (at least 2 years)
- Understand and can apply fundamentals of career/job architecture design
- Work to relay information between Comp team and other stakeholders as needed
- Updating mapping files, compensation manuals, and other compensation documents.
Job Types: Full-time, Contract, Temporary
Pay: $25.18 - $30.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40 per week
