REGISTERED RESPIRATORY THERAPIST (RRT) – INPATIENT LEVEL 1 TRAUMALocation : Boston, MAJob Details : Setting : InpatientShift : 12-hour AM shiftsHours : 36 hours per weekSchedule : Every other weekend & every other holiday requiredExperience : Minimum 5 years of recent inpatient experience in a Level 1 trauma facilityRecent critical care experience in both MICU and SICUProficiency in lung protective ventilation strategiesExperience participating in Code Blue team responsesAbility to make ventilator management decisions based on patient assessments and laboratory resultsPreferred Experience : Experience in a Level III NICUFamiliarity with Drager XL and v500 ventilatorsCertifications & Licenses : Required : Registered Respiratory Therapist (RRT) certificationMassachusetts Respiratory Care LicenseBLS CertificationPreferred : Neonatal / Pediatric Specialist (NPS) and / or Adult Critical Care Specialist (ACCS) certification
