Overview
We are seeking a dedicated Licensed Practical Nurse to join our healthcare team. The ideal candidate will have experience in various medical settings and possess a strong understanding of medical standards.
Responsibilities
- Provide nursing care under the direction of a registered nurse or physician
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed
- Monitor patient health and update medical records
- Assist in patient assessments and care planning
- Perform catheter care and tube feeding procedures
- Manage airways and provide basic medical support in emergency situations
Qualifications
- Must hold a valid LPN license
- Experience working in hospitals, medical offices, or trauma centers preferred
- Proficiency in eClinicalWorks or similar electronic health record systems is a plus
- Knowledge of standards and protocols for patient care
- Familiarity with Level I and Level II Trauma Centers is advantageous
Job Type: Contract
Pay: $50.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40 per week
