Description: Days 8hr
40hr Days, 7a-3:30p, 1 weekend per month, E/O Holiday.
Required Exp: 2 years post MSW, MSW, Medical Social Work, Case Management, Brief Treatment, ICU, Critical Care
Preferred Exp: Acute Care, Housing Experience, Substance Use Disorder, Grief and Bereavement , Cultural Responsiveness, Crisis Intervention
Required Certs: Licensed at the Masters Level with Masters in Social Work degree, BLS
Dept Details: Inpatient: Critical Care, Medical ICU Patients are referred for social work consults – 15-20 patients per day # of beds: 30-40.
Utilizing clinical social work techniques and theory, consults on, assesses, and intervenes with high-risk patients and their families regarding the impact/amelioration of emotional and social problems. Duties also include, but are not limited to, conducting psychosocial assessments, making a psychosocial diagnosis, planning and implementing effective treatments, evaluation, education, supervision, coaching and mentoring of the patient (client) and family members.

Pay: $2,200.00 - $2,400.00 per week
