Job Overview
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Recruiter to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in our talent acquisition efforts, focusing on sourcing, attracting, and hiring top talent across various departments. This position requires strong communication skills and the ability to build relationships with candidates and hiring managers alike. The Recruiter will utilize various recruitment tools and platforms to ensure a smooth hiring process while aligning with our organizational goals.
Responsibilities
- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and develop effective recruiting strategies.
- Source candidates through various channels including job boards, social media, and networking events.
- Conduct interviews and assess candidates' qualifications to determine fit for specific roles.
- Manage the applicant tracking system (iCIMS) to maintain accurate records of candidate interactions and progress.
- Facilitate the onboarding process for new hires, ensuring a seamless transition into the organization.
- Utilize HRIS systems and tools like Kronos for efficient workforce management.
- Support succession planning initiatives by identifying high-potential candidates for future leadership roles.
- Stay updated on industry trends in talent acquisition and recruitment best practices.
Experience
- Proven experience in recruiting, preferably in technical or executive recruiting environments.
- Familiarity with talent acquisition software such as iCIMS or Salesforce is highly desirable.
- Strong understanding of human resources principles and practices.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to engage effectively with diverse stakeholders.
- Experience in succession planning and workforce development is a plus.
- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team setting.
Job Type: Contract
Pay: $18.82 - $22.05 per hour
Expected hours: 40 per week
