Duties
- Greet and assist patients in a friendly and professional manner

- Verify insurance information and process payments
- Answer phone calls, emails, and inquiries promptly
- Perform clerical tasks such as filing, data entry, and managing office supplies
- Collaborate with medical staff to ensure smooth patient flow
Skills
- Proficient in 10 key typing and computerized systems
- Experience working in a medical or dental clinic environment
- Knowledge of medical coding and terminology
- Familiarity with software such as Dentrix or Eaglesoft is a plus
- Strong clerical skills and attention to detail
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
- Previous experience in medical office management is advantageous

Pay: $20.00 - $21.00 per hour
