Job Description:
- Program Integrator role oversees and manages operational aspects of ongoing organization activities.
- Individual serves as a liaison between leadership and other client’s functions such as finance, facilities, programs, shipping, supply chain, other leaders/managers, HR, etc.
- Individual must be able to gather data and provide status reporting information such as team budgets, staffing, meeting information, sitrep reporting, etc. Individual develops mechanisms for monitoring project progress and for intervention and problem solving.
- Individual must have robust collaboration skills and be able to establish strong working relationships with points-of-contact through the organization.
- Must be able to prioritize multiple assignments/tasks in a dynamic environment and ensure activities are well coordinated, executed, and completed on budget and schedule.
Required Skills:
- Previous DOD Experience
- Previous Supply Chain Experience
- Experience with shipping and receiving large items
- Experience with financial reporting
- Intermediate experience with Excel, Word, PowerPoint, SharePoint
Job Types: Full-time, Contract
Pay: $45.30 - $60.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40 per week
