RN Case Management

Description:

• AM - 10hr
• 40hr Days, 4 10-hour shifts, no set day off, every 6th weekend, no major holidays.
• Unit: MS/T, Menino 7 West, Stoke & Med/Surg patients.
• Req Exp: 3yrs; extensive background & knowledge of current MS patterns of practice & acute inpatient care Methods for assessing physical/mental impairment, understanding the characteristics of illness & expected tx. Knowledge of benefits, plan contracts, eligibility issues & requirements
• Pref Exp: 5 yr exp w/UM & CM, EPIC
• Req Certs: BSN,
• Pref certs: CCM or related cert

Job Type: Contract

Pay: $60.00 - $65.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
