Job Title: Child Welfare Trainer/Content Developer
Location: Research Triangle Park, Durham, NC 27709 (Hybrid)
Job Summary:
This role involves designing, developing, and delivering training materials to support the statewide implementation of CWS modules. Responsibilities include translating software functionality into training content, delivering in-person and virtual training, and evaluating the effectiveness of training sessions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain training materials for adult learners using Captivate, Camtasia, Word, and PowerPoint.
- Collaborate with Training Leads, SMEs, and development/testing teams to ensure accurate, effective training materials.
- Facilitate classroom and virtual training sessions; manage training facilities, schedules, and student registration.
- Evaluate training effectiveness and student progress, providing feedback for improvement.
Required Skills/Experience:
- 3 years in curriculum design, adult training, and use of LMS technology (Moodle, XML, HTML).
- Proficiency in Adobe Captivate, FrameMaker, Photoshop, and MS Office Suite.
- Experience with interactive media presentations and simulations for engaging content.
- Knowledge and Medicaid programs in NC is highly preferred.
Job Type: Contract
Pay: $40.00 - $45.00 per hour
