Duties
- Provide direct patient care under the supervision of registered nurses or physicians
- Assist patients with activities of daily living such as bathing, dressing, and feeding
- Monitor and record vital signs
- Assist in medical procedures and treatments as directed
- Maintain a clean and organized patient environment
- Collaborate with the healthcare team to ensure high-quality patient care
Requirements
- Experience or knowledge in hospice care, long-term care, and emergency medicine is preferred
- Understanding of physiology and infectious disease care
- Familiarity with medication administration and medical documentation
- Ability to work in both inpatient and outpatient settings
- Previous experience in a Level I Trauma Center is a plus
