Overview
We are seeking a dedicated Nursing Supervisor to join our healthcare team. The ideal candidate will have experience in various medical settings and possess a strong background in nursing, including long-term care, diagnostic evaluation, and emergency medicine.
Responsibilities
- Oversee nursing staff and ensure quality patient care
- Provide guidance and support to nurses in clinical decision-making
- Monitor patient progress and update treatment plans as needed
- Collaborate with healthcare providers to optimize patient outcomes
- Conduct performance evaluations and provide ongoing training to nursing staff
Qualifications
- Registered Nurse (RN) license
- RN Supervisor - FTMorning, evenings and Nights available (5x8s), EOW, Holiday
- NYS RN licensure
- Min. 1-year nurse experience in long term care supervisory experience across multiple units
- BLS (AHA or RQI only). CPI obtained within 90 days of hire.
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time, Contract
Pay: $55.00 - $65.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40 per week
