Location: Remote (need to be onsite once a month at Omaha, NE)

Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced ServiceNow Architect to design, develop, and implement ServiceNow Health & Safety solutions. The ideal candidate will have deep expertise in ServiceNow platform architecture, workflow automation, and integration strategies. The candidate should be skilled in ServiceNow customization, ITSM, GRC, and enterprise integrations.
Key Responsibilities:
ServiceNow Architecture & Development
- Design and implement scalable, secure, and high-performing ServiceNow solutions.
- Develop custom workflows, UI policies, business rules, and integrations.
- Optimize ServiceNow applications for performance, security, and usability.
- Ensure alignment with enterprise IT standards and best practices.
Health & Safety & Risk Management (Preferred)
- Configure and customize ServiceNow solutions for incident management, workplace safety, and compliance.
- Support regulatory reporting and audit management.
- Implement risk management and automation to improve safety operations.
Stakeholder Collaboration & Leadership
- Partner with business leaders, process owners, and IT teams to gather and analyze requirements.
- Provide technical guidance and mentorship to developers and ServiceNow administrators.
- Conduct training and knowledge-sharing sessions on ServiceNow best practices.
Integration & Automation
- Integrate ServiceNow with HR, ERP, Asset Management, and IoT monitoring systems.
- Leverage AI/ML capabilities for process automation and risk assessment.
- Develop real-time dashboards for incident tracking, compliance monitoring, and analytics.
Required Qualifications:
- 5 years of ServiceNow experience, with at least 3 years as an Architect.
- Strong expertise in ServiceNow ITSM, GRC, or HRSD modules.
- Hands-on experience with ServiceNow scripting (JavaScript, Glide API) and API integrations (REST/SOAP).
- Proven track record of designing and deploying enterprise-level ServiceNow solutions.
- ServiceNow Certified Implementation Specialist (CIS) or Certified Technical Architect (CTA) preferred.
Preferred Qualifications (Not Required, but a Plus):
- Experience with ServiceNow Health & Safety (HSE) applications.
- Familiarity with railroad industry safety regulations (FRA, OSHA, ISO 45001).
- Knowledge of railroad asset management, maintenance
