RESPONSIBILITIES
- Develop and maintain technical and user documentation
- Create project process documentation for Application Teams
- Interpret technical concepts and procedures into easy-to-understand content
- Write technical articles, reports, manuals, and documentation for various audiences
- Coordinate the inclusion of graphics and layout for final document production
- Organize procedures into clear, logical sequences
QUALIFICATIONS
✅ Knowledge of Texas Vital Statistics laws, policies, procedures, and regulations
✅ Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Project, Visio)
✅ Strong business analysis skills – able to assess needs and recommend solutions
✅ Ability to analyze and evaluate complex IT applications
✅ Excellent verbal and written communication
✅ Strong initiative and independent judgment
✅ Effective time management and task organization
