About the Role
The Market Development Manager is an essential leadership position focused on driving sales growth, enhancing operational efficiency, and ensuring team success. This role involves overseeing the Sales, Design, Installation, and Procurement teams, fostering seamless collaboration and peak performance across all departments. Responsibilities :
- Grow and maintain a personal business portfolio while identifying new revenue streams.
- Lead and mentor the sales team to enhance performance, meet KPIs, and increase deal closures.
- Network within the market to establish relationships, generate leads, and promote Business Interiors.
- Develop and implement strategic initiatives that drive market growth and achieve sales targets.
- Represent Business Interiors at industry events, client meetings, and community engagements to elevate market visibility.
- Oversee daily operations of the Sales, Design, Installation, and Procurement teams to ensure optimal collaboration and performance.
- Collaborate with leadership to monitor profitability, manage financial performance, and align operations with corporate objectives.
