- Engineering Lead - someone who can influence and lead a team; the engineer is inserted into an existing team – expected to step in and lead informally via coaching and mentoring
- Strong soft leadership skills, coaching, and mentoring
- Java, Microservices, AWS engineering, API Development, RESTful
- JUnit for Automated Test Units
- Agile engineering with self-forming teams, backlog grooming, retrospectives, etc. (this is more of a true agile than what you typically see in the government)
- Site Reliability Engineering (SRE)
