IT services & support provider, is looking for a Local and remote certified IT technician.
Primary duties include onsite / remote support, troubleshooting, Network support , Customer service.
The IT technician must be able to interface and communicate with customers, service managers, and business owners in a professional manner.
Skills & Requirements:
- Reliable transportation - Must be local (within a 10 miles radius) , to our Fort Lauderdale office location.
- Excellent troubleshooting skills.
- Intermediate/advanced understanding of computer networking/networked peripherals
- Diagnose and repair common hardware/software/OS issues with Windows /Mac desktops
- Problem solving skills
- Ability to make decisions quickly and independently
- Customer service skills
- Attention to detail
- Electrical/mechanical aptitude
- Understands and executes written and oral instructions
- Maintain basic PC skills
- File Sharing, Wireless Connectivity, and Printer configurations
- New computer setup and network peripheral device installations (Wireless routers, Printers, etc.).
- Qualifications / Acceptable Experience and Training: Graduation from a high school of recognized standing with a diploma or Certificate of General Educational Development (GED), with Business school training and/or college courses preferred
Clean MVR
3 years in the computer hardware repair industry.
Preferred Qualifications:
A certification
Microsoft / Cisco
