Overview:

We are seeking a highly creative and experienced Video Producer to lead our video production efforts. In this role, you will be responsible for developing and executing a comprehensive video strategy that elevates our brand, promotes our services, and drives engagement across various channels. You will manage a team of videographers, editors, and other creative professionals, as well as oversee relationships with external vendors and offshore resources.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement a comprehensive video strategy aligned with the company's marketing goals and brand identity.
  • Oversee the production of high-quality videos for a variety of purposes, including:
  • Promotional videos for services
  • Event highlight reels and promotional materials
  • Engaging content for paid and organic social media campaigns (e.g., YouTube, Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn)
  • Internal training and communication videos
  • Manage a team of 2 full-time employees (FTEs), providing guidance, feedback, and mentorship.
  • Oversee relationships with external vendors and offshore resources, ensuring quality, timeliness, and cost-effectiveness.
  • Manage video production budgets and timelines.
  • Collaborate with marketing and design teams to ensure brand consistency and effective integration of video content into marketing campaigns.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest video production trends, technologies, and best practices.
  • Analyze video performance metrics and make data-driven decisions to optimize content and strategy.

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience as a Video Prodcuer or in a similar role, with a strong portfolio of successful video projects.
  • Deep understanding of video production processes, from concept development to post-production.
  • Expertise in various video editing software (e.g., Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro) and motion graphics tools.
  • Strong creative vision and storytelling skills.
  • Excellent communication, collaboration, and project management skills.
  • Experience managing a team and working with external vendors.
  • Knowledge of social media platforms and best practices for video content.
  • Ability to analyze data and make informed decisions.
