The Company is searching for a Bookkeeper / Admin support role to perform tasks that will support the Team.
ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS:
● Account Payable: input invoices and pay vendors on weekly basis
● Accounts Receivable: invoice customers, apply payments, and collections follow up
● Deposit checks
● Reconcile invoices and billing discrepancies
● Credit card payment and reconciliation
● Set up new customers and vendors in the system
● Assist in month end close
● Streamline process and workflow
● Some receptionist duties – answer phones, open mail, and filing
REQUIRED SKILLS & ABILITIES:
● 3 plus year of full-time work experience in AP, AR and support role
● Self-starter with strong detail and organizational skills
● Integrity, truthfulness, and demonstrated can-do attitude
● Ability to follow procedures/directions, prioritize, manage multiple tasks, and meet deadlines
● Effective communicator with strong business acumen
● Customer service experience
● Ability to problem-solve and follow up on open tasks
● Computer proficiency in Outlook, and Excel
- Quantum experience is a plus.

Salary : $50,000 - $60,000
