Job Summary
Collects data pertinent to the healthcare consumer's health or the situation. Analyzes the assessment data to determine actual or potential diagnoses, problems, and issues. Identifies expected outcomes for a plan individualized to the healthcare consumer or the situation. Develops a plan that prescribes strategies to attain expected, measurable outcomes.
Must Haves:
- At least one year of recent experience
- BLS
- NIHSS
- At least an Associates Degree
Further Contract Details:
- Guaranteed at least 40 hours a week
- Day 3x12-Hour ( 7a-7p)
- Temp to Perm
Compensation: $40.00 per hour
