Account Manager - Landscaping

• Achieve customer renewal, satisfaction, and referral goals by delivering excellent service
• Manage landscape maintenance accounts for multifamily and commercial properties
• Build strong relationships with property managers
• Provide proactive customer service as the client's single point of contact
• Visit sites regularly to assure quality standards are being met
• Identify and propose enhancement opportunities
• Collaborate with other departments and co-workers
• Represent the company in a professional manner
• Perform other duties as necessary to support the company

• Sufficient horticulture and landscaping experience
• Excellent communication ability
• Able to build relationships with property managers
• Bilingual (English Spanish)--Preferred
• Experience using Aspire or similar software
• Must be a team player

• $75,000 - $90,000 annually
• Company vehicle or mileage reimbursement
• Up to 10% performance bonus potential
