What are the responsibilities and job description for the Business Manager position at Business Resources One?
- Responsible for the accuracy of the P&L, Balance Sheet, AR, AP, and inventory
- Weekly payroll processing
- Administer employee benefits
- Collaborate with leadership
- Ensure a strong financial controls
- Contract administration
- Other tasks, duties, and responsibilities as necessary to advance the company's objectives
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field
- Minimum 7 years of experience in a similar role
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel
- QuickBooks proficiency (more sophisticated programs preferred, such as NetSuite or Sage)
- Basic understanding of GAAP
- Strong customer service skills
- Detail oriented and problem solving skills
- Strong communication skills both verbal and written
- Ability to prioritize tasks and work independently
Compensation
- $75,000 - $85,000 base salary (negotiable based on experience and ability)
