Commercial Account Manager | Landscaping

• Start day at 6:00am checking in with crews and getting ready for the day
• Meet with teams on job sites
• Prepare for and layout enhancement projects
• Site visits and quality control
• Site walkthroughs with clients
• Identify and propose enhancements
• Contract renewals
• Be involved with operations
• Approve time entry from previous day
• And other responsibilities as necessary to advance the company's objectives

• 3-5 years of landscape experience
• Knowledge of plants, trees, and seasonal color
• Ability to accurately estimate man hours and materials
• Strong leadership ability
• Be driven and caring
• Excellent verbal and written communication
• Able to represent the company in a professional manner
• Strong attention to details

• Be a team player

• $75,000 - $85,000 commission
