Finance Manager

• Ownership of the P&L, Balance Sheet, and Cashflow
• Lead, coach, and guide a team of 2-3 office staff in ensuring their responsibilities are achieved accurately and timely
• Oversee AR, AP, and payroll
• Oversee the local monthly close process, review the financials for accuracy each month, and explain variances to the forecast
• Prepare city and state tax filings on a monthly and quarterly basis
• Other tasks, duties, and responsibilities as necessary to advance the company's objectives

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
• 7 years of accounting, finance, and/or management experience, preferably in a project-driven environment
• Basic GAAP knowledge
• Proficient in Microsoft Office tools, especially Excel
• Quickbooks experience (also, more sophisticated programs like NetSuite or Sage preferred)
• Ability to adapt to a changing environment and manage multiple priorities
• Excellent writing, communicating and analytical skills
• Bilingual (English and Spanish) a plus
