Responsibilities
- Develop strong, positive relationships with clients through clear, proactive, and consistent communication
- Maximize client retention through proactive engagement and exceptional service
- Prepare and present proposals professionally, adhering to company standards
- Respond promptly to all client inquiries and requests for proposals.
- Maintain records and tracking of all proposals in progress with timely follow-ups to maximize sales opportunities
- Maintain the Aspire database of current, prospective, and past clients to support marketing and sales efforts
Qualifications
- Highly organized
- Strong desire to serve, nurturing
- Ability to build relationships and create trust
- Outgoing
- Active listener, inquisitive – ask good questions
- Self-starter
- Excellent communication, verbal and written
- Horticulture knowledge – preferred
- In field landscape maintenance experience – preferred
- Account management experience – preferred
- Landscape & snow industry certification(s) or ability / interest in obtaining in the future
- Aspire or similar landscape industry specific software experience - preferred
- Degree in landscaping, horticulture, or a related field; or equivalent experience
