Well-established and highly-reputable landscaping company servicing the greater Seattle, WA area is looking for an experienced Landscape Designer.
Responsibilities:
- Play an active role in the design process from concept through construction.
- Collaborate with clients and coworkers.
- Prepare designs, technical drawings, and presentation-quality graphics and illustrations.
- Takeoffs and estimating time and materials.
Requirements - Ideal Candidate:
- Sufficient experience doing high-end residential landscape design professionally.
- Degree in Landscape Architecture or relevant field.
- Project management experience.
- Must have a basic understanding of site design, grading principles and drainage concepts, construction methods, materials, and details.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
- Proficiency in AutoCAD and 3D rendering software preferred.
- Knowledge of planting design incorporating regional planting materials, including zero-scape / low water designs.
- A book of business and/or professional contacts (builders & architects) preferred.
- Salary to commensurate with experience and knowledge
