What are the responsibilities and job description for the Landscape Foreman position at Business Resources One?
Responsibilities
- Install landscape projects with various sizes and scopes, including trees, shrubs, truf, etc.
- Perform various landscape maintenance functions, including shrub trimming, pruning, mulching, etc.
- Safely and efficiently operate company vehicles, tools, and equipment
- Assist with snow removal operations in the winter
- Train new team members
- Help with other duties and in other areas of the business as needed
Requirements
- Sufficient landscaping knowledge and experience
- Hardscaping knowledge and experience--preferred
- Crew leading ability and experience
- Good working knowledge of landscape materials and best practices
- Valid driver's license
- Able to handle the physical demands and outdoor working conditions of the job
Compensation
- $50,000 salary; negotiable based on experience
