As the client’s single point of contact, you’ll ensure client satisfaction, retention, and revenue per client maximization.

Responsibilities
- Act as client’s single point of contact
- Enhance customer experience
- Maximize client retention
- Proactively identify and resolve quality issues
- Identify upsell opportunities
- Resolve customer concerns
- Other tasks as needed to support the company's objectives
- Sufficient landscape industry experience to be effective in this role
- Understand landscaping including plants, trees, turf, and hardscaping
- Able to proactively identify quality concerns on properties
- Able to identify upsell opportunities on properties
- Have exceptional written and verbal communication skills
- Be personable and someone clients and coworkers enjoy working with
- Have strong problem-solving ability
- Able to represent the company in a professional manner
- Be highly organized
- Able to work with very minimal supervision
- Live within one hour of Kalamazoo, MI or be willing to relocate
- Be a good fit in a family-first and friendly office
- Willing and able to pass drug test
