We are seeking an experienced and motivated Project Manager to oversee multiple landscaping projects across residential and commercial sites. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of managing crews, meeting deadlines, and using industry-specific software like Aspire. This role requires a hands-on leader who can efficiently manage resources, communicate effectively, and ensure that all projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest standards.
Responsibilities
Manage and oversee multiple landscaping projects simultaneously, ensuring timely completion and adherence to quality standards.- Lead and supervise multiple crews, providing direction, support, and training as needed.
- Develop and maintain project schedules, tracking progress, and adjusting plans as necessary to meet deadlines.
- Utilize PO (Purchase Order) systems to manage project budgets, track expenses, and ensure accurate billing.
- Collaborate with clients, subcontractors, and internal teams to ensure clear communication and project success.
- Utilize landscape industry-specific software (Aspire), to streamline project management and operations.
- Monitor job sites for compliance with safety regulations and quality standards.
- Conduct regular site visits to assess progress, identify issues, and implement solutions.
- Prepare and submit regular project reports to senior management, highlighting key milestones and challenges.
- Assist in the development and refinement of project management processes to improve efficiency and effectiveness.
Qualifications
Proven experience as a Project Manager or similar role in the landscape industry, with both residential and commercial project experience preferred.- Strong knowledge of PO systems, project scheduling, and budget management.
- Proficiency in landscape industry-specific software (e.g. Aspire) is highly desirable.
- Excellent leadership and team management skills, with the ability to motivate and direct multiple crews.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and a proactive approach to managing project challenges.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact effectively with clients, subcontractors, and team members.
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational and time-management skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
- Valid driver’s license and clean driving record.
