Landscaping Sales and Design Associate

A faith-based commercial landscaping company in Fairfield, OH is looking for a Landscape Design and Sales Associate. You'll be trained under the owner to eventually take the design and sales function off his plate.

Responsibilities

• Sell grounds care, landscape install, irrigation, and snow and ice management services to commercial customers
• Landscape design
• Estimate time and materials for projects
• Assist owner as necessary with design and sales responsibilities
• Other responsibilities and duties as necessary to advance the company's mission and objectives

Requirements

• Strong culture fit
• Be coachable, humble, hungry (hardworking), and smart (emotionally, socially, etc.)
• Landscape industry experience
• Landscape architecture or design experience
• Be effective and efficient wearing multiple hats
• Valid driver's license
• Live within a reasonable commute distance to Fairfield, OH

Compensation

• $55,000 plus based on experience
• Health insurance
• Profit sharing
