An award winning Orlando, Florida area design / build landscaping company, focused on high-end residential designs and installations is looking for a senior level Landscape Designer or Architect.
About the position
This is a great opportunity for a senior level Landscape Designer or Architect who is looking for a long-term career and substantial growth over time. The ideal candidate will have an articulate eye for design, be proficient in AutoCad, Lumion Pro8, and Sketchup, with a minimum of 7 years of direct experience designing and preparing high-end residential landscape construction drawings for site design projects.
Requirements
- Must have sufficient knowledge and experience in landscape drafting standards, practices and procedures, and the ability to complete accurate drawings on schedule
- Must have knowledge of Florida plant species and hardscape elements
- Must have knowledge of city regulations and experience preparing permits
- Must be able to develop and complete drawings with minimal supervision
- Must be able to learn company design standards
- Must be able to prepare construction documents
- Must be proficient in AutoCAD
- Must be proficient in Lumion Pro 8
- Must be proficient in Sketchup
- Landscape Architecture Degree or equivalent experience required

- Salary to commensurate with experience and knowledge ($110,000 - $135,000 )
