What You’ll Do:
- Office Tasks: Perform essential office tasks including data entry, basic math, and typing.
- Inbound Communication: Answer multi-line inbound calls from clients, consumers, attorneys, insurance representatives, and third parties.
- Customer Support: Clearly and effectively explain medical charges to consumers on inbound communications.
- Negotiation & Payment Processing: Negotiate payment deadlines, set up payment plans, and process payments.
- Collaborative Problem Solving: Work closely with colleagues, management, and other departments to support corporate goals.
- Research: Locate new consumer contact information.
- Compliance: Adhere to all company policies, procedures, and ethical standards.
Requirements:
- Bilingual Skillset: Fluent in both Spanish and English (base pay differential)
- Educational Background: High School Diploma or equivalent (additional education and experience are a plus).
- Professional Demeanor: A courteous, articulate communicator with a professional phone presence.
- Work Ethic & Solidarity: Bring a strong, proactive work ethic while actively contributing to a supportive, collaborative team environment.
