As a Client Support Associate, you will play an integral role acting as a lead point of contact for our client. The core function of the Client Support Associate is to provide assistance and support ensuring their telecommunications needs are answered with quick resolve, honesty and professionalism. You will meet directly with decision-makers to provide product and service information, recommend products based on their wants and needs, and facilitate the enrollment and order process. Our communication and relationship-focused approach drives our success and sets us apart from the competition. Key Responsibilities:
- Identify decision-makers within our client’s target market and initiate the sales process in line with consumer preferences and provided guidelines.
- Serve as a liaison between our clients and their customer base, fostering and maintaining long-term relationships.
- Act as a subject matter expert, collaborating with other entry-level Client Service team members to cultivate a professional and productive work environment.
- Deliver exceptional customer service, ensuring high standards of innovation and execution in daily tasks.
- Assist in customer retention by managing accounts and overseeing the product/service installation process.
- Provide upper management with detailed reports tracking sales performance and analyzing customer acquisition goals.
