What are the responsibilities and job description for the Mobile Home Construction and Maintenance position at Business Services?
Construction, Remodel and Repairs of Mobile Homes, mostly vacant during rehab projects. Maintenance of Tenant occupied Mobile Homes. Repairs of park facilities including utilitey infrastructure. Drywall/paneling, flooring, windows, appliances, Electric, Plumbing, HVAC, and random items. Every day is different.
Full or part time hours available. Payroll or Contract Projects.
Experience, quality, and completeness are a must. Working alone or with one person based on project needs.
Please list your skills, one or more of the following: Carpentry, home repair, lawn care, plumbing/electrical, and other skills which would be used in flipping residential units on regular basis.
