What are the responsibilities and job description for the Property Management, Rental Homes position at Business Services?
Update for clarification: this is a construction, real estate, and legal type position. It is not living in a home with clients for a certain shift.
Our company is looking for a full-time manager to coordinate and oversee the daily operations of our rental properties. Successful candidates will have the ability to monitor and distribute resources, general construction knowledge, work closely with vendors and ensure future development with financial success.
Responsibilities:
- Showing and Screening of applications, Rent to qualified candidates.
- Ensure that the property is being properly maintained.
- Conduct meeting with construction staff, organize materials, interact with tenants.
- Inspect units on a reglar basis.
- Handle maintenance requests for the property.
- Be responsive and timely in maintenance requests.
- Handle Legal process including Eviction, CleanOut, Sheriff Sale, Abandonment
- Work with contractors and vendors to meet guidelines for occupancy.
- Tenant Administration, complete forms for assistance programs
- Vendor and procurement of random construction type items.
- Written documentation Verbal communication skills Very important on all levels and to range of persons.
- No formal training or certifications are required, but experience is a must,
