Customer Service Representative Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with our team to guide customers through the sales process and successfully acquire new clients
- Accurately input confidential customer information ensuring all application requirements are met and data is securely handled when handling a customers sale
- Engaging with new and existing customers providing customer satisfaction
- Maintain a thorough understanding of our client’s products and services to effectively communicate to our customers
- Strive to meet individual and team sales objectives, ensuring the success of both our team and the fulfillment of our clients' needs
Customer Support Representative Required Skills and Experience:
- Experience in customer service, sales or any other customer related field
- Exhibit strong communication and active listening skills to effectively close sales while building strong relationships with customers
- Display a positive attitude with customers, management, fellow junior and senior associates, and our clients
- Ability to problem-solve in challenging situations and adaptable
