Internet Account Associate Role:
In this role, you'll be responsible for generating revenue by identifying, qualifying, and nurturing prospects through proactive interactions. We are looking for someone highly motivated and with excellent communication skills for when working with customers. The Internet Account Associate will build meaningful relationships with potential customers, understand their unique needs, and showcase how our clients can provide solutions to meet their challenges.
Internet Account Associate Responsibilities:
- Work with customers on their current internet issues and problem solve solutions quickly and proactively to assist them
- Provide excellent customer service by addressing each customer's unique needs with care and professionalism
- Work with customers to promote client offers to drive additional revenue opportunities and enhance customer satisfaction
- Process internet and sales orders for customers to ensure a smooth result
- Handle customer concerns promptly, ensuring issues are resolved quickly by coordinating with the right team members and following up when needed
- Learn from top Internet Account Associates and senior managers to stay updated on the latest marketing trends
- Follow client-specific guidelines to ensure compliance with industry standards, building trust and loyalty with both customers and clients
Internet Account Associate Qualifications:
- Experience in customer service, sales, or account management role is preferred but not required
- Demonstrated ability to adapt quickly and perform effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
