Role

We are seeking a full-time, on-site Sales Analyst in Charleston, SC to work closely with our partnerships team. The Sales Analyst will be responsible for providing our partnerships team pricing suggestions, regular performance analysis, and various ad-hoc analyses to ensure alignment to business goals.

Key Responsibilities

·     Analyze sales & marketing data to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement, including adhoc analyses on sales performance, KPIs, etc.

·     Assist in generating actionable insights and provide sales strategies and direction regarding pricing & performance trends

·     Preform weekly and monthly analysis and provide insight for opportunity for individual partners across our network of marketplace lenders.

·     Prepare and present findings and recommendations to partnerships team

·     Work across sales, finance, marketing, and operations to ensure strategic alignment and execution of key business initiatives.

Experience:

·      Education: Bachelor’s degree in business, economics, finance, or related field.

·      Experience: 3 years of experience in business analysis, marketing analysis or financial analysis role

• Technical Proficiency: Advanced knowledge of statistical and data visualization tools (MS Excel, Tableau, etc.)

·      Analytical Thinking: Strong ability to analyze data, identify trends, and translate findings into actionable insights.

·      Problem-Solving: Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.

·      Attention to Detail: High attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining data accuracy and process consistency.

·      Communication Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to present complex data in an understandable manner to non-technical stakeholders.

·      Team Player: Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, and build strong working relationships with cross-functional teams.
