Role Description:
As a Product Marketing Manager, you will be a strategic driver of BusinessOptixs success, playing a key role in shaping how our products are positioned, marketed, and adopted in the marketplace. You will be responsible for articulating the unique value of our platform, developing compelling messaging, and executing go-to-market strategies that resonate with our target audiences. You will partner closely with product management, sales, demand generation, and customer success teams to ensure alignment across all market-facing initiatives. Your insights will shape product roadmaps, inform campaign strategies, and empower our sales team with the content and tools they need to win in a competitive SaaS landscape.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and refine product positioning & messaging that clearly articulates the value of BusinessOptix and differentiates us in the market.
- Own the go-to-market (GTM) strategy for new product launches, defining target audiences, competitive positioning, distribution channels, and promotional tactics.
- Analyze market intelligence, industry trends, competitive landscape, and customer insights to refine product messaging and uncover new opportunities.
- Create compelling sales enablement content, including pitch decks, one-pagers, battle cards, competitive analysis reports, and training materials to support revenue teams.
- Collaborate with content marketing to develop engaging materials such as whitepapers, case studies, solution briefs, thought leadership blogs, and website copy that align with key buyer personas.
- Lead competitive intelligence efforts, monitoring industry players, assessing their strengths and weaknesses, and developing positioning strategies that reinforce BusinessOptixs competitive advantage.
- Support demand generation initiatives by providing input on campaign messaging, thought leadership topics, and targeted outreach strategies that fuel pipeline growth.
- Drive customer advocacy initiatives, developing customer reference programs and identifying success stories to enhance credibility in the market.
- Partner with product management to influence the product roadmap based on market insights, customer feedback, and competitive differentiation.
- Engage with industry analysts & influencers, supporting research initiatives and strengthening BusinessOptixs market presence through strategic analyst relations.

Qualifications:
- Bachelors degree in marketing, business, communications, or a related field.
- 5 years of B2B SaaS product marketing experience, preferably in enterprise software, business process management, or workflow automation.
- Demonstrated expertise in go-to-market planning, competitive intelligence, and product positioning for a complex, technical solution.
- Proven track record of developing high-impact sales enablement materials that improve conversion rates and sales performance.
- Strong analytical skills to interpret market data, buyer behavior, and campaign performance metrics to drive marketing strategy.
- Excellent communication and storytelling skills, with the ability to simplify complex technical concepts into compelling narratives.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, balancing strategic thinking with tactical execution.
- Experience working cross-functionally with product, sales, customer success, and demand generation teams.
- Familiarity with SaaS pricing models, competitive landscapes, and industry analyst relations is a plus.

Work Location
BusinessOptix supports a hybrid work environment. Specific work schedules and locations are established by employees and their managers. The company will establish a primary business office for each position and may change that location for any reason.
