Role Description:

As the Vice President of Marketing, you will be a key member of our Sales and Marketing team, reporting directly to the Chief Revenue Officer (CRO). You will oversee all facets of the company’s marketing initiatives, crafting and implementing strategies to elevate brand visibility, attract new customers, and drive revenue expansion. This position demands a balance of strategic vision and hands-on execution, leveraging a strong grasp of current marketing trends, data-driven insights, and an ability to inspire and lead a dynamic and results-oriented marketing team.


Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement a comprehensive marketing strategy in collaboration with the CRO and key stakeholders, including sales, product, and customer success, ensuring alignment with the company's long-term objectives.
  • Lead the creation of cohesive brand messaging, positioning, and visual identity to ensure consistency across all marketing channels and touchpoints.
  • Conduct in-depth market research and analysis to gain insights into target audiences, emerging trends, and the competitive landscape, using findings to guide strategic initiatives.
  • Mentor and manage a high-performing marketing team, fostering professional growth and aligning team efforts with overall business goals.
  • Cultivate a culture of innovation, collaboration, and creativity within the marketing department to drive impactful results.
  • Define, refine, and strengthen the company’s brand identity across all campaigns, ensuring alignment with the company’s vision and mission.
  • Plan, execute, and manage integrated multi-channel campaigns to drive customer acquisition and retention, leveraging platforms like digital advertising, social media, email marketing, events, webinars, and more.
  • Leverage data and analytics to monitor campaign performance, define KPIs, and optimize marketing efforts for maximum impact and ROI.
  • Deliver regular updates and insights to the CRO, leadership team, and board, highlighting key marketing metrics and achievements.
  • Set and achieve quarterly pipeline targets, aligning marketing efforts with revenue goals and business priorities.
  • Manage and allocate the marketing budget effectively, ensuring resources are used strategically to maximize results.
  • Identify and establish strategic partnerships and collaborations that enhance marketing impact and drive brand visibility.

Qualifications:

The following experience and skills are preferred.

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related discipline.
  • Extensive experience in senior marketing leadership roles, with a strong record of success in designing and executing impactful marketing strategies.
  • Expertise in leveraging data analytics and marketing technology platforms to inform decision-making and drive performance.
  • Proven ability to manage budgets effectively and conduct ROI analysis to optimize marketing investments.

Manager:

In most cases, the Vice President of Marketing reports to the Chief Revenue Officer. For business reasons, the Vice President of Marketing may report to other leaders at particular times.
